Milk: Calcium, Potassium, some salt (NaCI), and a little magnesium
Yogurt: Calcium, potassium, magnesium
Eggs: Phosphorus
Spinach: magnesium, calcium, and potassium
Salmon: phosphorus, magnesium, and calcium.
Cheese: Sodium, calcium, and magnesium
Whole Wheat Bread: Potassium, magnesium, and phosphorus.
Carrots: Potassium
Chocolate Milk: Calcium, Potassium, some salt (NaCI), and a little magnesium
Whole Grain Pasta: Potassium, magnesium, and phosphorus.
